Institute of International Trade & Tax Studies (IITT) was founded in 1995 with a missionary zeal to bring about an accelerated change in the style and status of business in India.

The Institute’s constant endeavor is to create awareness by educating, updating and up-grading the members of the Trade in matters relating to foreign trade. IITT also carries out studies of issues and problems in foreign trade especially indirect taxation, Foreign Trade Policy and FOREX and the suggestions are forwarded to the Regulatory authorities.

The Institute is headed by Shri S.S. Radhakrishnan, who belonged to the 1974 batch of the Indian Customs and Central Excise Service (Group A). He has represented India in International Customs Conferences while in service. The President of India has honoured him by awarding a certificate in 1989 for meritorious and distinguished Government service.
